1937 and 1938  Flathead Ford used engine block, 3 1/16 +.030, worst wear .019.  Cast in "K3Q6".    4 broken head studs; 4 additional deck cracks to edge of bores - one 1 18 from center cam bearing bore towares the main bore - no repair required.  Magnetic particlcle inspection showed the four standard cracks.
