New carburetor plate for installing water vapor injector or other vacuum accessories, such as windshield wipers.  This is four bolt, two barrel  bolt pattern 1 7/8" x 3 1/4" .  Center to center 2 5/8" for a single vacuum source.  Throttle bores 1 3/8".  Comes with gaskets.
