Reground cam for 1942 - 1948 Ford V-8. May be used for 1932- 1941 Flathead engine with spacer button.  Good oil pump drive gear and journals at Standard; use for a core or use as is, appears to be unused since regrind.   Not stock; has .318" lift.  Stamped "385" and "ST" on front.
