These Water Pumps were never made like this by Ford. They are 49-53 truck bodies with those engine mounts/ears but with narrow belt 50-53 passenger pulleys so that they could be used to fit a 49-53 engine into a 32-48 vehicle with the dual belt setup. They may be freshly rebuilt; both ends of the shafts appear new and the "feel" when turning feels like new seals price is for the matched pair
