NORS rod bearing set for Flathead Ford V8 1939, 1940, 1941  at .040; like Ford Part Number 81A-6211-KK. Fit 221 and 239 with 91A and 21A connecting rods, 1.998" STD journals (these would be for 1.958") .  These bearings are not flanged.  They are on steel backs. You are buying four pair of bearing shells for one engine.
