NORS Transmission synchronizer ring, brass. Fits 1939 through 1953 light duty 3 speed (except in V8-60), both floor and column shift.  Also fits various later 3 speed transmissions through 1963. 
This is the "wide slot" synchro ring.  Two are required to rebuild the assembly.

Ford part numbers 81A-7107-D, superseded by C3AZ-7107-C,  and Ford part number 91A-7107
