Used  intake manifold  for Flathead Ford V8 - cast iron.  For use with Columbia two speed rear end.  It has the large vacuum port at the rear of the carburetor mount area in addition to the distributor vacuum port.  . 

Fits 1942 - 1948 Fords and Mercury with 221 ci and 239 ci Flathead V-8.
