New adjusting screw for 1932 - 1953 lifters for Flathead Ford V8 and G Series 6 cylinder engines. If you have lifters with loose or worn screws, these may be the cure so that you can use your worn lifters again. 7/16" hex head. .17" head thickness, so they add a little length for that small base circle hot rod cam grind.
