Rear Main Seal Conversion Kit for Flathead Ford V8 1932, 1933, 1934, 1935, early 1936; this is for rear main caps that are not machined for any seal or seal retainer. Kit changes rear main seal from labyrinth seal to rope seal.  It requires a later crankshaft ground to fit or grinding the rear slinger off of the present crankshaft thus creating a rope seal surface of 2.498", concentric with the main journals.  Kit includes instructions, upper and lower seal retainers, hardware needed and the rear seal kit. The seal retainers may be used, repurposed.
